Soak 1 cup( 130 g) of the barley or wheat grains overnight in water.
In the morning, boil the grains till they are tender.
Drain and transfer it to another bowl.
Add 1tsp of rose water and mix
For one person, place one-third of the cooked barley in separate bowls.
You can Sweeten the grains by drizzling 1 tbsp of honey or avoid also.
