In the last few decades, indo chinese cuisine has been a food trend in many countries. The indo chinese cuisine is a fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisines. The word ‘fried’ means to cook food by putting it into hot oil or fat which has been heated up until sizzling (the word comes from French: frire). The cooking process for this dish requires using various oils such as vegetable oil. Initially, the dish was prepared using leftover rice but nowadays any type of raw rice can be used for making this delicious dish. Fried Rice also includes many different types of vegetables such as onion, peas and carrots.
