There is a lot of delicious food in the Middle East. Here is a list of some famous middle eastern dishes that you would love.

1. Baba Ganoush:

6. Kibbeh Nayyehraw:

beef served with bulgur in Lebanon made into the shape of an ice cream scoop.

7. Kubba Halab:

Syrian meatballs are generally stuffed with mozzarella cheese after frying, composed of ground lamb meat with bulgur wheat, onions, and other seasonings.

8. Kubbat Shorba;

Syrian meatballs are generally stuffed with mozzarella cheese after frying composed of ground lamb meat with bulgur wheat, onions, and other seasonings.

9. Kunafa:

shredded pastry soaked in sweetened cream or sugary syrup commonly eaten for dessert (originally from Jordan). Made with flour dough or semolina dough filled with butter or margarine and nuts/seeds like pistachios and almonds, sugar, cinnamon powder for flavor-added to the melted butter; bake until golden brown; topped with sugar syrup consisting of water and sugar then garnished with pistachios (optional) sometimes additional flavoring like vanilla essence is added.

10. Majadra:

rice, lentils, pasta, and caramelized onions in Egypt are often eaten with grilled fish or chicken.

11. Malabi:

milk pudding made from cornstarch that is boiled into a thick liquid then baked/flamed for flavor then cooled to lukewarm temperature topped with cinnamon powder.

12. Merguez sausage:

spicy North African lamb or beef ground meat sausages seasoned with cumin, paprika, garlic, coriander seeds/cilantro, cayenne pepper powder (optional), fennel seeds/saunf (optional).

13. Moutabal:

eggplant dip native to Syria is made of roasted eggplant mixed with tahini, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice served typically as a side dish for meat or rice.

14. Mujaddara:

lentils and rice cooked in a seasoned broth made with onions, salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

15. Musakhan;

a Palestinian dish of roasted chicken over taboon bread that has been topped with caramelized onions and pine nuts then baked/grilled until browned to golden color then garnished with parsley.
