1. Baba Ganoush:

a spicy Lebanese potato dish that includes onions, red chili peppers, coriander leaves/cilantro, and other spices such as cumin.

7. Kubba Halab:
Syrian meatballs are generally stuffed with mozzarella cheese after frying, composed of ground lamb meat with bulgur wheat, onions, and other seasonings.
