One package dry active yeast ( 2 ¼ tsp). 

1 cup warm water ( about 90-100°F)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

One ¾  teaspoon salt

1¾ to 2 cups all-purpose flour or until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.

The Steps To Make The Perfect Dough

One package of yeast is put into a bowl, and then one cup of warm water is to be added.

Then one cup of flour is added to the mixture, then it’s mixed well and is left out for 20 minutes.

A foamy texture is seen after 15-20 minutes. Then some olive oil and salt are added to the mixture, and then the rest of the remaining flour is added.

The dough is kept to be moist and sticky all the time. Then the flour is being added to make the dough a more consistent one until it becomes a very soft yet sticky dough. The dough is to be kneaded for a constant of 5-6 minutes. 

The dough is now covered with aluminum foil for 2 hours until it gets doubled in size.

The dough is now slightly pressed with hands to knock off all the airs and is cut into eight equal sizes.

Now the tiny round lobes are formed out of each of them and are rested for 30 minutes.

Then the dough lobes are rolled up into ¼ inch thick rounds and are set for rest for another 5 minutes before grilling. 

Preheat the cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat.

Then the Arabic Bread is grilled for two minutes on each side till it is golden brown.

After that, the Arabic Bread is put on a plate and is ready to serve.
