Ingredients For Arabic Shawarma
- Half cup white sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Pepper powder
- Garlic powder

- Turmeric powder
- Shawarma spice powder

Prepare Tahini For Chicken Shawarma

Prepare Tahini – Garlic Sauce

The Shawarma spice powder is ready.
Chicken Marination For Chicken Shawarma
To marinate the chicken, it takes 6 hours. Take 3 tbsp of shawarma spice powder, boneless chicken breasts, lime juice, salt. Make the chicken slices as thin as possible, add all the ingredients, and refrigerate it.
Cook The Chicken
To cook the chicken, you need to prepare the stand. Take a potato by slicing both the sides to get the base. Take a tin lid and make a hole in the middle to stick the potato base chicken and tin together with a skewer. Now add a tomato on the top. Then place a pressure cooker with salt spread up to 1 inch and lay a plate in it. Now close the cooker, remove the whistle and preheat for 15 minutes.
